If you’ve got the cash, there’s always something new to buy when you’re a tabletop gamer.
Tabletop gaming is cheap compared to other hobbies out there. (Like, you know, golf…)
Yet do you really need that new rule book? Will you really get around to painting those miniatures you just bought (or the ones you got last month, or last year)?
No. But it’s all cool stuff. Who says you have to use it right away?
So long as you keep within your budget, your purchases bring you enjoyment, and you’re not moving to a new home in the near future (moving your large gaming library kinda sucks, but it makes for good exercise), buy what you like.
Don’t let anybody tell you otherwise.
(Unless its your significant other, then you might have issues, of course).
