This looks interesting:Frog God Games hired an all-female design team to create the 3rd Printing of Swords & Wizardry.
Which is good, I doubt we’ll see any chainmail bikinis in the rulebook–and they did it to target specifically women and younger gamers. (You know, instead of the 40+ year old grognard).
Is this needed? Will younger gamers and female gamers catch the Swords & Wizardry bug?
I hope so.
Indeed, the earlier versions of Swords & Wizardry were primarily aimed at guys.
It’s a smart decision. I know plenty of gamers (both male and female), young and old, who might be ready to make the switch to a lighter set of rules.
